Responsibilities
As IT Presales Engineer specialising in Voice and Video Logging Systems, reporting directly to the CTO, you will join a small team of experienced and enthusiastic IT specialists engaging both with end users and a roster of Communications and IT distributors and partner companies. Responsibilities will be the following:

• Meet with and conduct presentations and demos to customers
• Use your technical and business knowledge and expertise to identify and understand customer requirements and match them to the proposed solutions
• Coordinate closely with sales team in order to align solution design with customer’s business needs
• Work with the Tech team to co-ordinate and follow through on implementation
• Stay current on technical, industry and competitive environment
• Provide feedback to CTO about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
• Maintain long term relations with customers to ensure they are always getting our best

Qualifications:

• 4 or more years experience in a relevant position
• Expertise in Voice Logging and Vidicon Logging Systems and integration of ancillary systems such a speech analytics.
• Win Server, Linux, MS SQL, PBX, IP Telephony, Unified Communications.
• Degree in IT, or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated experience in conducting presentations, preparing proposals, RFI/RFP responses
• Solid engineering understanding of software systems, systems administration, CTI and Unified Communication Systems
• Experience with Telecom Call Accounting or Telecom Expense Management an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
• Other languages an asset
