As we prepare for our grand opening on October 16, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated wait staff to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Welcome and seat guests professionally, presenting menus, and suggesting dishes and beverages.
• Order Management: Accurately take orders and transmit them to the kitchen and bar using our point-of-sale system.
• Food & Beverage Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including dietary restrictions and allergen information, to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
• Serving: Deliver orders to guests promptly, checking back periodically to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
• Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Payment Handling: Process guest payments accurately and provide correct change, when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow all restaurant policies, health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with local food handling standards.
• Upselling: Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and boost restaurant sales.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns swiftly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a sit-down restaurant setting preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of food and beverage pairings.
• Appearance: Neat, professional appearance in accordance with restaurant dress code.
• Availability: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php645.00 per day
