Warehouse Clerk

• Graduate of any 4-yr course or at least 2-year course
• Preferably with Warehouse/Logistics experience
• Ensure that products or materials are received, stored, and distributed in an orderly and safe manner.
• Asisst in receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.

Forklift/ RT Operator

• TESDA Graduate (Reach Truck related courses/training) NC2 Certificate or Graduate of any course.
• Must have valid professional drivers license (Code1&2); with minimum of 2-3 years related work experience. -
• NCII Certificate of Licensed is required for this position.
• Responsible for safely operating forklifts or rough terrain equipment to move materials, products, or equipment within the warehouse.
• Ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials.

Logistics Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, Business Management or any four-year business course.
• Fresh Graduate or at least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
• Manages inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items.
• Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.
• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.

Senior Assistant (Logistics)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, Business Management or any four-year business course.
• At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
• Assist in managing the inventory management, shipping and receiving, documentation, and coordination with various stakeholders.
• Ensures the timely and cost-effective movement of goods and materials.
• Verify the accuracy of received items and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.

Warehouse Supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and managing inventory and resources.
• Direct, coordinate and review work plans for assigned tasks of team leaders.
• Conduct physical inventory count (partial and grand SO).
• Monitor and prepare shrinkage, damaged, crossed items, returns and BTA/BK.
• Ensure display area is full in preparation in the next day picking activities.

Assistant Manager (Warehouse)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
• Assist in oversee and manage the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
• Successfully communicate forecasts and inventory estimations to management.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

Manager (Distribution Center)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or in a related field.
• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing.
• Oversee and manage the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
