Workforce Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Workforce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing workforce data, generating reports, and providing insights to optimize staffing and operational efficiency. This role is crucial for ensuring that the organization meets its service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a balanced and efficient workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical and real-time workforce data to identify trends, forecast future staffing needs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand business requirements and develop staffing models to meet service level objectives.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on workforce performance metrics, including adherence, occupancy, and forecast accuracy.
- Monitor real-time workforce performance to ensure that service level agreements are met and identify any issues that may impact operations.
- Develop and maintain workforce management tools and systems to support scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in the development of training programs for staff based on workforce analytics.
- Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of proven experience in workforce management or workforce analytics, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
