Job description

Role purpose: Operate as a Service Desk agent and complete all IT Service Desk operations to achieve highly positive outcomes for the EMEA user community .

Requirements

Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in Polish , English and additional German .

A strong foundation in IT fundamentals and a passion for technology.

Experience in customer service.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

ITIL Service Management ideally v4 Foundation level or desire/aptitude to complete training.

Ideally experience in supporting tasks within IT General Controls for User Access management, software license management, etc.

Full time office based in Wrocław and shift work: 7am – 3pm and/or 10am – 6pm.
