Job Description
Role purpose: Operate as a Service Desk agent and complete all IT Service Desk operations to achieve highly positive outcomes for the EMEA user community.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English, German and optionnaly Polish.
• A strong foundation in IT fundamentals and a passion for technology.
• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• ITIL Service Management ideally v4 Foundation level or desire/aptitude to complete training.
• Ideally experience in supporting tasks within IT General Controls for User Access management, software license management, etc.

This role begins with a three-month trial period, upon successful completion, you'll move on to a one-year contract, with the potential for an indefinite contract thereafter. We understand the importance of flexibility in today's world, so we're also open to a hybrid working model. You'll have the freedom to work partially from home and partially from our office. We're all about ensuring our team can work where they're most productive and comfortable.
