Sales Representative (English & Dutch) – Lisbon

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our B2B outbound sales team, focused on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high volume of hot leads and make a real impact in our organization!
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in B2B outbound sales, targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
• Work with a high volume of hot leads to achieve a conversion rate of 15%.
• Aim for 3-5 sales per day.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales strategies and improve performance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English for training, tools, and internal communication.
• Fluency in Dutch is essential.
• A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset.

What We Offer:

• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break).
