Your responsabilities:

• Assist French-Speaking customers via phone, email and chat on all their queries related to their orders, subscriptions and invoices.
• Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience
• Follow up customer queries until they are fully resolved and meet commitments within agreed deadlines.
• Interact with the various departments to ensure smooth processing of the customer request.

Our expectations:

• You speak French in proficiency
• Intermediate English level (at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there
• Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit to thrive in our dynamic team.
• Previous Customer Service experience is a big plus!

Main duties:

• Possible start on 23/10
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00), 8h/day, 40h/ 5 days per week, inclusive of public holidays, and weekends off!
• Work in our modern Office in Lisbon - Oriente
• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
• Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
• Training is provided at the beginning of the work

Competitive salary and remuneration system:

• 895 gross x 12months +2 extra salaries per year
• up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus,
• meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/working day (voucher)
• transport allowance: 20€ / month
