URGENT: Support Clientèle Française pour le Service Hôtelier – Télétravail – Début 23.10

  • Possible start: 23.10!
  • We offer remote work system in the area of Districts: Castelo Branco, Lisbon, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro!
  • We don't need any experience, we offer training!
  • 2 Shifts system: Monday -Sunday (1st shift : 8:00 - 17:00 & 2nd shift: 13:00 to 22.00) -40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays
  • We offer remote recruitment process and WORKING EQUIPMENT will be sent to your home!

We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our remote team in Portugal.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.
✅ As a Customer Support you will:
  • Solving the users issues via calls, email and chat in a French language
  • Composing empathetic and customised messages when in contact with the users
  • Investigate and resolve the complaint, provide detailed documentation of the circumstances, proceed with the investigation and justify the proposed resolution
  • Process insurance policy administration or cancellation requests
  • Manage escalated or urgent calls where customer may be very upset
✅ What do we expect?
  • You speak French (C2-native)
  • You speak very good English - min. C1 level
  • You live in Lisbon area or you are ready to relocate there
  • You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)
  • 895€ gross x 14 months (it's 1044€ gross x 12 months!) – basic salary,
  • 55€ gross project bonus (it's fixed, permanent allowance)
  • up to 100€ gross performance bonus,
  • meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)

  • Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
  • Complete online hiring process regulated
