Start date: 20.11 (20th November)
We offer remote work system in the area of Districts: Castelo Branco, Lisbon, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro!
We don’t need any experience, we offer training!
Rotational shifts system: Monday -Sunday (7:00 –21:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays (2 rotational days off)

We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our team in Portugal.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.
✅ As a Customer Support you will:

Support of all customers’ requests in French by phone, chat and social media
Support viewers with account and application issues, especially regarding software functionality and configurations
Serve as the first point of contact for viewers and act as a vital brand ambassador
Deliver accurate and real-time responses to viewers' inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

895€ gross x 14 months (it's 1044€ gross x 12 months) -basic salary
up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month
meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
20 €/month - Transport allowance

It's on average from 1064€ - 1164€ per 12 months
