Overview: The Lease and Contract Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the preparation, negotiation, and execution of lease and contract documents specifically within the real estate sector. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements and real estate contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information for lease transactions.
• Maintain an organized database of all leases and contracts, ensuring easy access and retrieval for all relevant parties.
• Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with landlords, tenants, vendors, and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Monitor lease expiration and renewal dates, ensuring timely execution of contract renewals to minimize disruptions.
• Provide support during audits, preparing documentation and responding to inquiries related to leases and contracts.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to enhance lease negotiations and contract management.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive terms and conditions in real estate agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lease administration or contract management, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate legal terminology and principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Salary: 5000 - 5,500 QAR _ *Incentives may apply*_
