Clinical Document Controller - Bilingual (English & Arabic) / Health Care

Qualification: Preferably Bachelor of Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual Fluency (Arabic and English)
- Proficient knowledge in office administration.
- Knowledge of Office machines and their operation, including photocopy and computer workstation. ·
- Knowledge of database software,spreadsheets and word processing
- Microsoft office skills
- Detail oriented and meticulous work ethic
- Good coordination and follow up skills
- Good personality with diplomatic but assertive nature
- Works well under pressure and has impressive stress management Organized and efficient
- Responsible for confidentially performing clerical and administrative duties.
- Responsible for typing memos,emails, reports, correspondences ,and other general office information.
- Responsible to receive,screen,distribute and prioritize all incoming mail both electronic and hard copy.
- Answering the telephone and directing calls appropriately.
- Responsible for the correct filing of documents and operation of simple office machinery .
- Cover all daily office work for training courses and activities.
- Attend meetings to record minutes and note take.
- Compiles transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
- Arrange schedules of meetings including time and date and follow up on attendance.
- Develop summary of needed meeting matters, such as meeting room size, beverages,stationery, etc.
- Responsible for assisting Line Manager and visiting guests.
- Assist and response to visitor's questions, and queries.
- The incumbent will undertake any such appropriate duties or responsibilities as directed .
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.
- Creates files, assembles papers, checks for duplication, maintains sequence, and ensures all enclosures are with cover documents.
- Manage and maintain all controlled company documents
- Keeps files neat and orderly and repairs files as needed.
- Entering data into computer system.
- Confirm delivery of documents to proper personnel.
- Oversee document through its entire lifecycle.
- Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
