Position Overview:
As the F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading a talented team. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and have a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus and exciting promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a focus on satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage sector.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Smart, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Background in the hotel industry is preferred.
- Locally available in Qatar
- Valid QID and transferrable visa with NOC
- Can join immediately
Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,100.00 per month
Experience:
- F&B Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
