We are looking for a seasoned PMO Consultant to elevate our project management capabilities, streamline processes, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month

- Perform a comprehensive evaluation of ongoing and upcoming projects in various departments.
- Develop a structured approach for assigning project owners/managers based on their skills and expertise.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders involved in projects.
- Assist teams in outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure that each project charter includes a risk management strategy, budget, timeline, and key milestones.
- Lead workshops to educate teams on the significance of project charters.
- Review current project management tools to identify areas for enhancement.
- Recommend and support the implementation of a project management software solution that meets our organizational needs.
- Create standard operating procedures and templates for project management activities.
- Develop a prioritization matrix considering strategic alignment, ROI, resource availability, and risk factors.
- Assist in formulating a resource management plan focused on skills assessment and capacity planning.
- Provide guidance on resource balancing across multiple projects.
- Create a comprehensive training program covering project management methodologies and tools.
- Establish regular project management forums to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Implement metrics to evaluate and enhance project management practices continuously.
- Design a dashboard to monitor project performance against KPIs.
- Establish a routine review process for project health checks and audits.
- Offer analysis and recommendations based on project data to support informed decision-making.
- Develop a communication strategy tailored to the needs of different stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and address stakeholder concerns.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to foster ongoing improvement in stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management consulting or PMO roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID
- Can join immediately
Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
