PROJECT (TRANSPORT) COORDINATOR

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management
- Written and Spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ERP Software is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and strong collaboration skills.
- Good Typing skills and attention to detail
- Good Organization and Time Management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Should be proficient in manipulating data in Excel with functions and formulas.
- The incumbent will be responsible to assist and coordinate administrative operations and functions of the assigned department, including, policies, procedures, systems, reports, quality assurance, and supporting services.
- Coordinate administrative activities in the assigned department or section.
- Organizes staff scheduling, time sheets and controls overtime and leave rotations.
- Co-ordinate with the departments in need of transport services.
- Support transportation staff in order to ensure efficient and prompt transport service to the employees and departments.
- Coordinate services and maintenance for all the PHCC vehicles on a regular basis.
- Provide the department with necessary information as required upon approval from line manager.
- Maintain reports and statistical data to ensure quality, validity, and accuracy of work.
- Assist staff with administrative processes and ensure efficient workflow between departments.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Receive and sort various invoices received and maintain a record.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Carry out all other related activities as required for the proper operation of the Security Section or Transportation Section.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: Up to QAR3,750.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Are you flexible with shifting working schedules ( morning & evening)?
- Are you always on-time with appointments?
