Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team from concept to execution. This position requires exceptional creativity and attention to detail in visual design, fluency in both Arabic and English, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Designer will mentor junior designers and work closely with the Creative Lead to ensure effective implementation of design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and produce high-quality graphics for web, print, and social media in both Arabic and English.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and oversee the creative process.
- Maintain brand consistency and high creativity across all projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to fulfill design requirements.
- Guide and provide feedback to junior designers.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and tools to enhance design quality.
- Perform quality checks on all design assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID
- Can join immediately
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
