Purpose :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, strong process mapping and workflow design skills, an analytical mindset, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of business processes and technology solutions.

Responsibilities :
As a Business Analyst in the Strategic Business Systems team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze, map, and document business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with the development team to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Develop technical knowledge across CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Net Suite), Integrations and other strategic tools.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and make informed decisions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Conduct user training and support for implemented solutions.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and track progress against objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise during project execution

Experience :

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and workflows within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development is advantageous. As is familiarity with ERP tools.
• Experience with process mapping, data analysis and workflow design tools (e.g., Visio, Excel).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Asana) is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) is advantageous.
