HR Assistant with English (Fixed-Term Contract)

The HR Assistant with English is responsible for:
- Providing support, by handling and answering employee inquiries, through chat, telephone and e-mail;
- Managing end-to-end HR processes such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, terminations, resignations;
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and candidates and reassign tasks to other teams when needed;
- Assisting employees in the completion of appropriate forms, navigation of HR systems, processes, and policies;
- Handling highly confidential material and providing information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records;
- Working together with HR teams and third parties to ensure the accuracy of employee data/records and provide assistance and support, when needed.
The ideal candidate:
- Good knowledge of English (B2 upwards);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Good analytical skills;
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking;
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable;
- Team-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Human Resources would be a plus;
- Experience working in customer service would be an advantage.
