IT Service Demand Manager (Senior)

Job role

This is a senior level position for a IT Demand Manager role, for Allianz Reinsurance, working together with other functions, overseeing the relationship to the Service Provider and the contractual framework and monitoring the service supply.

What will you do

  • Monitoring service supply with respect to service level agreements
  • Overseeing the relationship to the Service Provider and the contractual framework
  • Review the Service Agreements and the fulfillment for the Service Agreements based on monitoring information requested from the Service Provider
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory and AZ Group IT Governance ( e.g. VAIT, Allianz IT Policy, Group Outsourcing Policy)
  • Initiate and manage change initiatives and complex projects where necessary
  • Initiate and drive IT Service Management processes analysis and improvements
  • Contribute to IT cost planning with in-depth knowledge about own services and quantity structures
  • Foster reliable relationships with relevant stakeholders and interfaces

What you bring

- previous experience as a Service Manager/ Demand Manager/Project Manager/ Customer Support Manager- min 2 years;
  • good understanding of Service Management and ITIL best practices;
  • Agile methodology understanding is nice to have;
  • excellent knowledge of working with the O365 tools (Power point, Excel, Word);
  • working with Service Now experience is nice to have;

You have

  • very good communication skills;
  • very good negotiation and mitigation skills;
  • very good time management skills;
  • fast learner;
  • easily adaptable to change;
  • good level of understanding Process management;
  • fluent in English both written and spoken.
