Operations goes international. Within our Coporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030 and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to set up another site in Romania (Approx. 1 hours drive from Bucharest, Target size: approx. 200 employees).
Become part of our powerful Corporate IT! Our international team consists of more than 70 colleagues who ensure that our IT infrastructure, as well as associated technologies and IT applications within the DEHNgroup, function stably and continue to develop.
The Role | Your tasks.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, or on-site.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT problems and disruptions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and access rights.
  • Document support requests and solutions in a ticketing system.
  • Assist end-users in the use of IT systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new technologies and solutions.
  • Assist in the insourcing and establishment of a global IT Service Desk.
Your experiences and competencies.
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving IT system issues.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems as well as common office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Romanian and English is required, German is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to the HQ in Germany for onboarding, trainings, team meetings, etc.
Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software.
  • Experience in managing Windows operating systems as well as common office application
  • Basic Knowledge in network configuration and management.
  • Proficiency in using and managing ticketing systems (e.g. Jira).
  • Basic Power Shell skills are a plus.
