What critical skills are needed for this position-

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Logistics and Inventory Management.
• Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other specific management applications.
• Strong professional ethics in client relationships.
• Good interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.

What will be your duties and responsibilities in this job-

• Ensures and supervises inventory management activities (handles goods reception and dispatch, prepares documents related to stock movement).
• Coordinates and participates in the daily operations of the warehouse.
• Capable of developing internal procedures for the procurement and shipping activities of the company.
• Proficient in working with the internal Inventory Management system.
• Provides business support as needed.
• Performs other administrative activities, such as corresponding with banks/authorities, assisting in archiving specific activity documents (invoices, expense reports, etc.).
• Organizes and manages necessary transportation activities for goods, including the required documentation for import/export activities and communication with the Finance department.
• Interfaces with authorized logistics partner companies (DHL, UPS, etc.).
