- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Logistics and Inventory Management.
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other specific management applications.
- Strong professional ethics in client relationships.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to drive change in a positive manner.
- Well organized and with good abilities to prioritize.
- Ensures and supervises inventory management activities (handles goods reception and dispatch, prepares documents related to stock movement).
- Coordinates and participates in the daily operations of the warehouse.
- Capable of developing internal procedures for the procurement and shipping activities of the company.
- Proficient in working with the internal Inventory Management system.
- Provides business support as needed.
- Performs other administrative activities, such as corresponding with banks/authorities, assisting in archiving specific activity documents (invoices, expense reports, etc.).
- Organizes and manages necessary transportation activities for goods, including the required documentation for import/export activities and communication with the Finance department.
- Interfaces with authorized logistics partner companies (DHL, UPS, etc.).
