The Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization.

This role involves creating training materials, conducting workshops, and facilitating learning sessions to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary tools to perform their roles effectively.

• Deliver training on game procedures, rules, and company standards for live casino staff, ensuring clarity and engagement during sessions.
• Provide practical, hands-on instruction to trainees, guiding them through live game simulations and real-world scenarios.

Support Training Program Development:

• Assist the Senior Trainer in developing and updating training materials, schedules, and exam content.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to improve training programs, aligning them with the latest industry trends and company updates.

Trainee Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor the progress and performance of trainees, identifying areas of improvement and providing feedback for development.
• Administer quizzes, assessments, and practical evaluations to ensure that trainees fully understand game procedures and customer service standards.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company's operational procedures, professional conduct, and dress code.
• Work with the Senior Trainer to ensure all training materials reflect the latest regulatory and company standards.

Mentorship and Support:

• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to newly trained employees, helping them integrate into their roles and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Additional Duties:

• Assist the Senior Trainer with any additional training-related tasks or special projects as required to support the team's goals.
