What you can expect

• Responsible for realization of project objectives in all test disciplines involved in product development (e.g. SW Test, SYS Test, DV, PV, Vehicle Test)

• Coordinates technical activities of a designated team to fulfill project objectives by following the established processes and methodologies – Planning, tracking & monitoring
• Defines and context-setting a capable test strategy that is coordinated with the project’s overall technical plan
• Coordinates and monitors that the test strategy is executed and adhered to, securing capable and effective execution through vertical and horizontal integration of test activities in the project
• Ensures that the verification status of the product is documented and analyzed at each delivery

What you'll bring

• In depth understanding of Verification & Validation methodology and process within automotive domain
• Basic understanding of the ECU architecture, Verification & Validation requirements
• Experience with communication protocols (such as Flex Ray / Ethernet, UDS, UART, SPI protocols) and domain specific tools (e.g. Vector CANoe, DOORS, PTC / Windchill RV&S, Intland Code Beamer)
• Awareness of IATF 16949, A-SPICE, ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434 Road vehicles - Cybersecurity engineering standards
• Bachelor’s Degree in EE, ME or equivalent desirable
• 5 years work experience in Automotive electronics verification and validation, with minimum 2 years on similar leading position
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills with a solid understanding of core product verification and validation principles, and analytical techniques
• Strong communication skills required, including the ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms
• Good team player
