It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). The Role Highlights
Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality delivery and improvement of Al Gooru’s programs through on-site school visits and QA activities.
• Foster strong, responsive relationships with parents, addressing queries and concerns both in person and through communication channels.
• Support revenue growth through effective client renewal processes and identifying potential leads for new collaborations.

A Day In Your Life:

• Conduct regular on-ground QA checks at partner schools, ensuring Al Gooru’s programs meet quality standards.
• Respond promptly to Whats App messages and calls from parents, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Be present at schools to interact with parents, answering questions and addressing their concerns about Al Gooru’s programs.
• Make payment collection calls for renewing clients, following up effectively to ensure timely payments.
• Assist in sourcing and developing leads for potential new collaborations and partnerships.

Requirements
You’re the Business Development Lead we’re looking for if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in business development or partnership roles
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional presentation and networking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple channels of communication, including Whats App, phone, and in-person
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic understanding of payment collection processes and client management
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in Ed Tech is a plus
