Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all development initiatives within the company
• Oversee the execution of complex real estate development projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and market assessments to identify potential opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and governmental agencies
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms for the company
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements across all projects
• Mentor and develop the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Prepare and present updates and reports to senior management and board members regarding project status and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven track record of at least a minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
• Proven experience leading large-scale development projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of project management principles, financial analysis, and market trends
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in project management software and tools
