Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Alignment & Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships between IT and retail business units to align technology strategies with retail goals.
• Technology Demand Management & Portfolio Oversight: Capture and prioritize IT demands from retail teams, overseeing the execution of key projects to support business growth.
• IT Service Delivery & Performance Management: Ensure IT services meet SLAs and performance standards, quickly resolving any issues that impact retail operations.
• Business Value Realization & Innovation: Identify and implement innovative IT solutions that drive customer engagement and improve operational efficiency in retail.
• Vendor and Technology Partner Management: Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure they deliver quality IT services tailored to retail needs.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for technology synergies that enhance overall business performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve IT services and solutions for retail operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Retail Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in IT management, specifically within the retail sector
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer engagement strategies, and related technology solutions
• Proven experience in managing IT projects and initiatives that enhance retail performance
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
