In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating communication among various stakeholders involved in our ambitious Social Infrastructure programs across Saudi Arabia. As a joint venture of Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we're committed to advancing the Vision 2030 initiative and making a significant impact on the infrastructure landscape of the Kingdom.
As the Interface Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of project elements. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential interface challenges and implementing solutions that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for all interface-related matters, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams and external parties to ensure that interface requirements are clearly defined and addressed.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve interface issues and clarify stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive interface management plans outlining strategies and procedures.
• Conduct regular assessments of interface processes, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and analyze interface performance, producing reports that guide ongoing improvement efforts.
• Assist project teams in implementing effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interface management in the civil engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical abilities with a problem-solving mindset, adept at resolving interface conflicts efficiently.
