A leading real estate company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing and tenant relations for a diverse portfolio of properties. This role involves developing leasing strategies, optimizing occupancy rates, securing high-quality tenants, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure properties generate optimal revenue and operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income across commercial, retail, and residential properties
• Conduct thorough market research to understand competitive leasing conditions and evolving tenant requirements in the Saudi real estate market
• Source and negotiate with prospective tenants for new leases, renewals, and expansions
• Oversee the preparation, review, and negotiation of lease agreements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns across various platforms
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and long-term occupancy
• Ensure all lease agreements comply with Saudi Arabian property laws and company policies
• Collaborate with property management, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless operations and swift resolution of leasing issues
• Maintain target occupancy rates and meet or exceed rental income goals
• Provide regular reports on leasing activity, rental income, and market conditions to senior management
• Assist in the annual budgeting process by forecasting potential rental income and vacancy rates
• Supervise and mentor junior leasing agents or assistants, providing guidance and training on best practices
• Stay updated with local and regional property laws to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and leasing policies

Requirements:

• Must be based in Saudi Arabia and have a valid sponsorship transfer
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leasing management, preferably within the Saudi Arabian real estate market
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful leasing strategies
• Excellent knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and competitive rental conditions
• Experience with property management software
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
