Position Overview: Our client is looking for an accomplished Leasing Director to take the lead in managing their expansive portfolio of commercial, residential, and retail properties. This role will involve formulating and executing leasing strategies, optimizing financial performance, and cultivating key tenant relationships. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the assets' profitability and maintaining high occupancy rates within Saudi Arabia's rapidly evolving real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and extensions to align with the company’s financial goals.
• Monitor occupancy rates, rental income, and leasing expenditures, providing detailed reports to senior management.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with major tenants, landlords, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and oversee day-to-day leasing operations.
• Create competitive pricing models and promotional initiatives to attract top-tier tenants.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor the leasing team to ensure high productivity and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance property visibility and branding.
• Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and pricing benchmarks.
• Implement tenant retention strategies and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Incorporate sustainability practices into leasing and property management processes.
• Identify new leasing opportunities and work with the acquisitions team on potential expansions.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid sponsorship transfer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a bonus).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of leasing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven success in leasing high-end commercial, residential, or retail properties.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s real estate market, laws, and industry standards.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in leasing management software and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in overseeing large-scale leasing operations and managing teams.
