The client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing operations, including strategy development, execution, tenant relationship management, and financial performance for a portfolio of commercial, residential, and retail properties. This role is critical to ensuring maximum occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and profitability of the company's assets in the dynamic and growing real estate market in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial, retail, and residential properties
• Create pricing models and promotional strategies to attract high-value tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants, landlords, and stakeholders
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and extensions to meet the company's financial and strategic objectives
• Oversee day-to-day leasing activities across the company's portfolio, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Achieve occupancy and revenue targets as defined by the executive leadership
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as occupancy rates, rental income, and leasing costs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure properties are effectively advertised and promoted
• Conduct market research to assess demand, rental rates, and industry trends
• Provide regular leasing reports and updates to senior management
• Recruit, train, and manage the leasing team, ensuring high levels of productivity and engagement
• Identify new leasing opportunities and collaborate with the acquisitions team to assess potential portfolio expansions
• Implement tenant retention programs and customer satisfaction surveys to maintain high levels of tenant loyalty
• Incorporate sustainability practices into leasing agreements and property management

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid sponsorship transfer
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate leasing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior managerial role
• Proven track record of success in leasing high-end commercial, retail, or residential properties
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia's real estate market, regulations, and industry trends
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing a team and leading leasing operations for large-scale real estate projects
• Proficiency in leasing management software and MS Office Suite
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required
