Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design direction for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
• Manage and mentor a talented team of designers and architects, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and clients, to gather insights and feedback.
• Review design proposals, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct research and explore emerging design trends to ensure our projects remain cutting-edge and competitive.
• Monitor design schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Participate in site visits to evaluate project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Promote a culture of sustainability and innovation within the design team and in project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least a minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in creating design concepts that balance aesthetics with functionality and sustainability.
