We are currently seeking an accomplished and strategic Manager - Development to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead the development of various cutting-edge projects that will shape the future of the region.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception through to completion. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards within stipulated timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute real estate development projects from start to finish.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and market analysis for new projects.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other necessary parties to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in project management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 6-9 years relevant experience in real estate development, project management, or a related area
• Demonstrated knowledge of the real estate market, development process, and applicable regulations
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
