Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities and assess project viability.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure projects meet specifications and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.
• Oversee contract negotiations and relationship management with contractors and suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least a minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
• Strong understanding of the real estate development process, including zoning and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
