Qiddiya Investment Company is a prominent organization at the forefront of Saudi Arabia's entertainment and leisure sector. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager - Development to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of various projects that aim to reshape the entertainment landscape in the region.
As the Manager - Development, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies to design, construction, and final delivery. You will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams, governmental bodies, and external contractors, to ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities and assess project viability.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure projects meet specifications and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.
• Oversee contract negotiations and relationship management with contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least a minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
• Strong understanding of the real estate development process, including zoning and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
