Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of hospitality strategies that align with Qiddiya’s vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis of hospitality trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the design of operational models that enhance guest experiences and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess opportunities for growth and innovation within the hospitality sector.
• Contribute to the formulation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor their effectiveness in achieving business objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, effectively communicating strategic insights and recommendations.
• Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather input and feedback for strategy development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Qiddiya remains a leader in hospitality offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality strategy, planning, or consulting.
