- Full sets of accounts-AR, AP, GL
- Prepare monthly audit schedules, financial reports.
- Submission of GST.
- Prepare payment for expenses and petty cash.
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Liaise with auditor, bankers & tax agent.
- Assist in recruitment process.
- A good team player who can work with minimum supervision.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications with 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in MYOB is added advantage.
- Communication and written skills in Mandarin is a must, to liaise with Chinese associates.
- Immediate or short notice preferred.
- written and speak Chinese, need liase with China Boss at China HQ
