Job Description:
  • Full sets of accounts-AR, AP, GL
  • Prepare monthly audit schedules, financial reports.
  • Submission of GST.
  • Prepare payment for expenses and petty cash.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries
  • Liaise with auditor, bankers & tax agent.
  • Assist in recruitment process.
  • A good team player who can work with minimum supervision.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications with 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in MYOB is added advantage.
  • Communication and written skills in Mandarin is a must, to liaise with Chinese associates.
  • Immediate or short notice preferred.
  • written and speak Chinese, need liase with China Boss at China HQ
