Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly payroll, including casual labor wages, within tight deadlines

• Administer payroll deductions, audit attendance records, and ensure compliance with government regulations

• Reconcile and report on various payroll-related matters, including CPF, IR8A, and IR21

• Prepare and post payroll journal vouchers, resolve discrepancies, and perform control checks

• Manage daily cash handling tasks, including reconciliations, deposits, and reporting

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of payroll and cash handling
