Admin Assistant (6 months contract)

Administrative support to the team.
Some functions include, but not exhaustive: printing of tickets, transacting of orders, despatching of materials to clients, holding of seats, generation of reports.
Work with the Settlement Admin Team to ensure that the settlement reports are prepared accurately in a timely manner.
Perform data entry tasks related to client information, ensuring accuracy and consistency on the respective platforms
Any other duties assigned by CLS Managers.

Diploma/Higher Nitec in Business Administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player and ability to work effectively.
Able to start immediately.
Able to commit at least 6 months.
