- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update HR records and employee files, ensuring data confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including document management and filing.
- Support basic IT setup for new hires, such as account creation.
- Assist with other HR or administrative duties as assigned by management to support overall departmental objectives.
- Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of fundamental IT tasks, such as account setup and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle information professionally.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative to solve problems.
- Able to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
