Job Description:
Join our team as an Accounts Administrator (AR & Admin) , where you will play a vital role in managing partial sets of accounts and ensuring the efficient processing of financial transactions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounts receivable function while collaborating with a team to achieve organizational goals.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle partial sets of accounts, including receipts, payments, journal vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions and send out Statements of Account (SOA) to customers to facilitate prompt payments.
- Maintain organized filing of all hardcopy documents to support accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to address ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
- Location : Ang Mo Kio Ave
- Contract : 24 months, renewable
- Experience : Entry-level candidates are welcome but must have graduated from an accounting program.
