This is a 12 month contract role.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To manage and streamline all retail and online operations to drive sales and profitability. This role involves overseeing inventory management, optimizing the online shopping experience, and coordinating marketing efforts. To analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring that both in-store and online platforms operate efficiently and meet business goals. Additionally, to collaborate with other markets to align strategies and resolve any operational issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce (.com, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora):
- Liaise with Departments for Product Launches: Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., content, design, and pricing) to ensure products go live on the website with accurate content, images, and pricing.
- Monitor Product Listings: Regularly check that products are correctly published on the site, ensuring there are no missing items or errors that could impact the customer experience.
- Manage Promotion Campaigns: Oversee and ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns, optimizing them to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Sales and Performance Tracking: Monitor product sell-through rates and update sales progress regularly to ensure targets are met.
- Inventory Management Coordination: Work closely with markets to manage inventory, ensuring sufficient stock is available to meet sales targets while avoiding overstock situations.
- Review Market Buy Submissions: Evaluate buy submissions from markets to align inventory levels with sales forecasts and ensure optimal stock levels across regions.

Own Retail:
- Review Market Buy Submissions: Assess and verify buy submissions from each market to ensure they align with sales goals and inventory plans.
- Coordinate Product Launches in Stores: Work with markets to ensure products are launched in stores on time and according to plan.
- Monitor Sales and Sell-Through Performance: Track product sell-through rates and provide sales updates regularly to ensure sales targets are being met.
- Inventory Management Coordination: Collaborate with markets to manage inventory levels, ensuring enough stock is available to meet demand while avoiding overstock situations.
- Ensure In-Store Product Presentation: Oversee that products are displayed attractively in stores, following brand guidelines and maximizing visual appeal to drive sales.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

3 years’ experience in ecommerce or retail management
Industry Experience –Preferably in apparel / footwear/ fashion or FMCG Retail
Degree or Diploma in Business Management
Language: English – Fluent + Local Language (if applicable)
IT: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft Power Point
Mature & Responsible, Proactive, Team Player
