• Scale up Zoo School operations based on approved targets and budgets, including achieving School enrolment targets and financial sustainability of School operations

• Develop and implement annual work plans for the School in consultation with key stakeholders

• Ensure School operations comply with all applicable financial, corporate, procurement and professional policies and standards

• Serve as secretary to the School Governance Committee

• Manage and grow staff of instructors with scale up of School operations

• Plan and implement School programmes that meets market demands to achieve

• Ensure high quality of programmes and safety standards

• Oversee adjunct recruitment, training and mentorship to ensure high levels of competency

• Partner marketing and commercial colleagues from Mandai and SEED Institute to exploit available channels and platforms fully to achieve targets

• Be the primary custodian of Zoo School brand, ensuring implementation is in accordance to approved brand guidelines.

• Passion towards nurturing children through outdoor adventure learning and animal education

• A degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education / animals/ Outdoor / Adventure Learning is preferred

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar capacity; and an additional 3-5 years of experience in an educational environment or role.

• Passion for animals and are comfortable with facilitating outdoor activities with children aged 4-12

• Experience in coaching and mentoring (preferably in an education environment)
