Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Spearhead water reduction initiatives, working on cross department projects with Facilities Management and Horticulture.

• Work with departments to incorporate sustainable design guidelines in future development projects.

• Support the organization’s certification process such as Greenmark, SITES and GSTC.

• Provide advisory support to Design teams and Project Management teams on best environmental management practices for implementation in compliance to the EIA/EMMP requirements.

• Work with Environmental Control Officers to carry out audits to ensure environmental obligations continue to be fulfilled at the various developments being built.

• Analyse and track environmental performance of contractors and prepare monthly environmental reports.

• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

• A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or any related fields

• At least 3 years of experience in environmental sustainability, sustainable design, or environmental project management.

• Familiarity with certification processes such as Green Mark is appreciated

• Familiarity with legal environmental requirements for development projects

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with multiple departments and external contractors.

• Passion for environmental sustainability and commitment to driving water reduction and sustainable development initiatives

• Embrace a “can-do” attitude, with a willingness and resourcefulness to tackle new challenges
