Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Source for Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST) platforms globally (e.g. Pluto TV, Plex, Xumo)
- Monitor local markets and identify new distribution opportunities across all FAST platforms
- Negotiate carriage, handle contracts, and ensure all deliverables for FAST platforms
- Ensure that all existing relationships with FAST platforms are maintained
- Execute full sales process from writing proposals to negotiating deals and launching the channel
- Troubleshoot any technical issues with cloud playout operator
- Handle budgets and ensure timely payments
- Track viewership KPIs and devise strategies with programming to increase viewership targets
- Utilise viewership analytics to strategise long-term growth of channels
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Min 6 years of relevant experience media content distribution
- Wide contact list and proven track record in securing FAST platforms
- Great negotiation skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Technologically savvy and able to troubleshoot technical issues
- Keen interest in news, current affairs, and documentaries
- Creative, organised, meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Be a confident presenter with excellent communications skills.
- Be a team player which strong relationship building skills.
- Able to work during non-Singapore timezones, when required
