We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our key consumer and B2B products and solutions. This role is critical for driving adoption of new products and solutions and surfacing and packaging consumer and customer insights to inform the product strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and storytelling skills with a demonstrated history of influencing and partnering with sales, product, and marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for Property Guru’s key consumer and B2B products and solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Consumer and Customer Insights: Surface and package consumer and customer insights to inform product strategy. Utilize data to understand market needs, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
  • Product Positioning: Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Property Guru’s offerings in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with consumer marketing, product, and sales leaders, as well as regional cross-functional teams, to synthesize market intelligence and build cohesive GTM strategies.
  • Product Activation: Develop central product activation plans to drive adoption of our advertising solutions. Ensure successful product launches and ongoing promotional efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Leverage data to track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive actions. Use this intelligence to inform product marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the benefits and value of Property Guru’s products to various audiences.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the Prop Tech or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Storytelling: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that engage and inspire.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the Prop Tech or related industries.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
