SCRI

The Singapore Clinical Research Institute (SCRI) is the national coordinating body (NCB) for clinical trials with a vision to establish Singapore as a regional thought leader in clinical research. This is accomplished through the deployment of innovative technologies and processes, and strategic coordination of ecosystem capabilities and infrastructure to achieve synergies that will enhance the clinical research ecosystem aimed towards a healthier community and better patient outcomes.

What you will be working on

The Role:

Provide coordinating support to clinical trials ensuring smooth operations and completion of projects and related deliverables within stipulated timelines and budgets.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage the planning and execution of research projects, including timelines, protocol design, and develop study activities.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure trial oversight (sponsor, investigators, adhere to GCP compliance) and milestones are met within timelines.
• Manage approved funding, billing and track budget utilization. Handle contracting process.
• Monitor projects progress and conduct regular meetings with the project team and relevant stakeholders. Prepare reports and progress status updates to senior management.
• Able to identify research gaps and provide effective mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

• Prepare, compile and maintain project-specific status reports; study milestones, enrolment projections etc.
• Update e TMF and perform ongoing e TMF QC.
• Draft study plans and study specific guidance documents.
• Manage site feasibility, site activation preparation and study supply managements.
• Monitor the progress of research activities and outcomes.
• Prepare relevant reports.
• Eye for accuracy data collection and data entry/transcription.
• Build relationships and collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth running of clinical research.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree; Healthcare or scientific discipline (e.g. Pharmacy, Life sciences, Biomedical or other related area) is required.

• Certification by professional organization in project management is preferred (PMP certification).

• At least 5 years’ experience in clinical research office with proven proficiency in trial planning and execution.

• Good understanding of Good Laboratory Practice guidelines in a regulated environment (documentation, research ethics, audit, Gx P, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.

• Good Microsoft skills (Word, Power Point, Excel)
