The key responsibilities will include:
- Improve the onboarding experience for international users, ensuring a seamless and
- Lead localization efforts to adapt the product for different markets, including language,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Compliance,
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of onboarding, and localization
- Stay updated on market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to inform

Work closely with international teams and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements) Strong product management experience, preferably in a global or international context.
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2C products.
- Knowledge of onboarding best practices and ability to optimize the user journey.
- Familiarity with localization processes and tools, including language translation and
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-informed
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.

Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to work with diverse international markets.
- Past experience around KYC flows and localisation
- Passion/domain knowledge for crypto, fintech
