Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role will work closely with a team of sales representatives and is responsible to:
  • Prepare sales presentations, coordinate sales meetings and write meeting minutes and generate weekly sales reports.
  • Process onboarding and offboarding travel partners accurately and efficiently, includes collecting business registry document, creating customer order, preparing contract and providing system access.
  • Maintain proper records and systems, preparing purchase requisition and purchase orders for vendor payments, processing of tax invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to execute procurement activities, covering sourcing, purchase order issuance and price negotiations in a timely and accurate manner and handle any stock management.
  • Maintain account databses, update account records, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keep track on product informatiaon updates, product pricing, and dissemination of sales materials and promotion information to travel partners.
  • Coordinate and track sales leads, monitor the progress of sales activities, and provide regular updates to the sales team in organised and consistent manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for external inquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly via phone or email.
  • Facilitate ticket issuance and conduct familisation tours for travel partners.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements
  • General diploma in any field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales Support and Administration.
  • Experience in sales reporting, presentation and coordination.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and procedures, including order management and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Self-motivated with an analytical mind and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Experience in SAP system in order processing will be an added advantage.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • An independent team player who takes initiative, prompt and detailed-minded, adaptable in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to do light lifting task.
  • Pleasant, friendly and warm disposition.
  • Able to work on weekends and PH with advance notice, when required.
