You will also be required to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensure that the clinic is operating to excellent standards, instill a client centric culture at the clinic and drive and promote sales in the KZN region.
You will be required to understand and engage with the work processes and policies of both Marie Stopes South Africa and MSI Choices.

- A relevant B-degree in Healthcare Management / Business Science / related field.
- Hands on leadership a must.
- Able to speak and understand the local languages.
- A working knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Proficient in sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to build a strong client centric team.
Market related salary commensurate with background and experience

Monday to Friday
08:30 – 16:30
