- Proven success in online/retail lending (microfinance sector).
- Strong business development and strategy-building skills.
- High level of responsibility and self-organization.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Skilled in negotiations and defending business positions.
- Leverage your expertise in microfinance and online/retail lending to drive operational excellence.
