Responsibilities
Client Limit Management:

• Maintain and test scorecards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Support the development of credit policy proposals and scorecard enhancements.
• Analyse test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Effectively communicate analytical findings both in writing and presentations.
• Translate business challenges into structured analysis with clear insights.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Develop robust competencies in SAS and SQL to enhance analysis and reporting.

General:

• Confidently engage with internal clients, discussing findings and recommendations.
• Display strong numerical skills and coding abilities to solve complex problems.
• Gain a foundational understanding of data warehouses and data structures to support analysis.

Requirements:

• A degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Passion for working in Africa and an eagerness to contribute in a developing world context.
